Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept physical returns. However, we offer full refunds or replacements for valid quality concerns.

Eligible for Refund/Replacement

  • Flowers delivered in damaged condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Significant quality issues with arrangement
  • Delivery not attempted on scheduled date
  • Missing items from your order

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Natural wilting after 3-5 days (normal for fresh flowers)
  • Damage caused by recipient after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery due to wrong address provided
  • Orders not claimed or recipient unavailable
  • Change of mind after successful delivery
